30-Day Return Policy

guarantees your satisfaction.
Every effort is made to display our items correctly. If, for any reason,
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30
days of the shipment date, provided the product is still in its original
packaging. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding
shipping costs.
Before returning anything, you must fill out our return form. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns must be shipped via insured courier. Please keep your tracking number for reference, to enable us to trace it in the rare case that your package gets lost.
We do not accept returns on engraved items or on special orders such as
Limoges dinnerware or gift packages.
Large quantities of a single item may also qualify as a special order.
If you are planning to order a large quantity and you might consider returning them, please verify with us before ordering if it is considered a special order.

Damaged Products
Upon
receipt of merchandise, should you find a damaged or broken piece,
please contact us immediately at 866-KlinQ.com (866-554-6726) or email us.
Do not throw away the products or the packaging, as well as the proof
of delivery; should you do so, we will not be able to replace your goods.
Order Cancellation
If
you'd like to cancel or change a KlinQ.com order for any reason,
please e-mail us and make sure to include your order number or call 866-KlinQ.com
(866-554-6726) as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to
accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment
system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our
customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change
or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply
return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.
KlinQ.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect
or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper
authorities.
