orders are shipped, fully insured, via UPS.
When
choosing a shipping option, please allow two business days for order processing.
On rare occasions, it may take up to three business days.

Please
note that shipping timeframes are calculated from the day the package
leaves our warehouse, not from the day the order was placed.
Shipping Rates
Purchases over $150 are shipped free of charge within the
Continental USA, using UPS Ground. The $150 is calculated on merchandise
only; not on services such as gift wrapping or engraving.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items being shipped and their
destination’s zone. KlinQ.com’s prices are very competitive
and you can use our handy shipping calculator tool to find out shipping
prices for individual items. The shipping calculator can be found on the
item’s details page.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If the customer is not there to receive a package, UPS will make 3 attempts
or if the area is safe, they will leave the package at the door. After
3 attempts the package will be returned to us and the customer will be
refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping back to us.
The same conditions will apply if a customer refuses a package.
KlinQ.com will immediately replace goods damaged during the shipping
process at no charge. The customer must contact our customer service
immediately by e-mail or 1-866-554-6726.

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
UPS offers
Air shipping only for the above destinations. A surcharge may apply. The
timeframe will depend on which zone the goods are shipped to. KlinQ.com
cannot offer free shipping to these areas.

Tracking your Order
As soon as your order gets shipped, you will receive an email with your
tracking number. You can also log in to your account and choose the
tracking option. Enter your order number in the space provided. If you
